April 2009 : Progress package submitted to PPAN; included request to submit full proposal
June 2009 : Final PPAN feedback; full proposal will not proceed but smaller "separates" not prejudiced
August 2009 : Pre-proposal for AstroGrid Software Foundation; this was successful and so proposal will follow soon.
